Power Brake Kit

So you're tired of holding back those horses at the stop light. This kit will help ease your pain.
With this kit there is no need to modify the inner fender. The brand new, dual diaphragm,
cad plated booster fits right in place. Our black powder coated bracket holds
the booster and new master cylinder to the fire wall. Brake lines are optional because
of all the custom things you might be doing, such as brake locks and disc brakes, etc.

We also have a bracket you can use with the stock 76-77 booster and master cylinder.
Remember, if you use the 76-77 parts on the 66-75 you will need to modify the
drivers side inner fender to make room for the booster.

Pressure Differential, Metering, And Proportioning Valve
We have specific valves available for disc/drum or four wheel disc brakes. The fitting kit has the adapters to allow
for custom line fittings with common hard lines that can be found at local auto parts stores.
The bracket mounts the valve in the same place as stock.

Spindle Nuts and Hub tool
Two additional items to consider  when removing your hubs is the hub tool and spindle nut kit.
A hub tool is mandatory for removing the spindle nuts. Your original spindle nuts may be
fine, but if they are pitted or damaged they are available as well.

REAR DISK BRAKE CONVERSION WITH AXLES

Bolt on rear disc brake kit will add stopping power to your Bronco.
Our kit features all new parts including a set of our Extreme duty 31 spline rear
axles with the correct bearing offset and rotor pilot. You will
need to upgrade the differential to 31 spline if this has not already been done.
E-brake cables are also available for the kit.

 This kit will only work with large bearing rear ends. You will also need to
know what size drum brakes you currently have. The I.D. will either be 10 or 11 inches.
The 11 drum brakes will use 1/2 inch bolts to attach the axle retainer plate to the housing.
The 10 inch version uses 3/8 bolts. It is very important to know what you have.

 This kit is not compatible with stock rear shock mounts so you will need to use of the different shock
mounts we carry or relocate the stock rear shock to the forward position.

Twenty eight spline kits are available by special order.

REAR DISK BRAKE CONVERSION
This is a great kit that you can use with out changing your axles. It is available with
or without emergency brake capacity. It fits stock and aftermarket
Ford 9" housings. Please specify 3/8" or 1/2" axle retaining holes. See rear-end
section for identification. It includes all new parts. It has 5X5.5 bolt pattern
rotors, caliper brackets, calipers, DOT brake hoses in rubber or
braided stainless steel, bracket spacers and all necessary mounting hardware.
